While Kim Kardashian poses at Joe Francis’ house in the new line of “Girls Gone Wild” swim wear, it seems that the two girls that brought the charges that sent Joe to jail are having their stories cast into some serious doubt.

Original footage of plaintiffs Brooke Patsolic and Christina Brose show they they really did allow the producers to use the stuff filmed on the Girls Gone Wild bus. Brose gives her full name on the tape and states, “You have my full permission to put this on anything, I don’t care.” Her friend also gives her consent to use the footage right on camera and points out that there are cops present. On the Girls Gone Wild cruiser, right before Brooke lets her four girlfriends pain her with whipped cream and lick it off she says, “Tomorrow we’re going to be like, ‘What the f—- were we doing?” I don’t know but we love the cherries…

First the lawsuit said Brooke and Brose didn’t give their consent to use their image but then it claims, “Alternatively, to the extent that any consent was ever given, such consent was obtained through unlawful means and through the provision of alcohol to underaged persons, through coercion and under false pretenses.” Of course our gurus at GGW say that the women’s claims are far from the truth because they have a strict procedure to get consent. The plaintiffs’ attorney hasn’t commented and Joe is still in jail…

It’s a tough time in Hollywood when it comes to loyal hires. After all, Britney Spears has had all types of rumors floating around because of former employees and her ex-bodyguard recently testified on behalf of her useless ex-husband, Kevin Federline. With all this scheming in mind, apparently another infamous celebrity has a breach of contract lawsuit filed against him by a private investigator who is pursuing an action against numerous defendants.

The celebrity in question is Joe Pesci (remember My Cousin Vinny?) and the PI is named John Perry. Filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, the lawsuit claims that Perry got hired by Joe to “perform private investigative, bodyguard, security and property surveillance services.” Apparently Pesci hired the guy to check out attempted murder allegations against Joe and his ex-wife (uh-oh more exes to complicate the matter.)

The suit states that Pesci, “regularly maintained both the innocence of his ex-wife as well as his own non-involvement in the alleged attempted murder.” While all this seems to be questionable, curious bloggers can’t help but question – What about O.J. Simpson? Wasn’t that an actual rather than attempted murder? Anyhow, Perry was hired to check out Claudio “Marti” Maro for attempted murder charges when her new stuntman hubby got gunned down on the doorstep – Marti was charged for hiring a hitman and is still in jail. Meanwhile, Pesci never paid for the $103,000 worth of services Perry performed and now he wants to be paid up, alleging that Joe had ulterior motives for hiring him…

We’ve seen them – celebrities who appreciate Mary Jane and taking time out to take a toke, hold their smoke and blow their…well anyhow, we loved watching Paris Hilton speculatively gang a bong and Cameron Diaz in Hawaii apparently checking out some of that famous gold. We even revered the party at Hefner’s Playboy Mansion that advocated the legalization of marijuana. However, the green stuff isn’t legal quite yet and Michael Vick may be suffering the consequences.

Yes, Michael Vick (who let the dogs out?) was in enough trouble for his reported dog fighting, torture and killing ring and seems to have gotten into even deeper crap now. On September 13, Vick tested positive for marijuana and as a result will face stricter release conditions from the federal court judge.

The judge has ordered Vick to submit to any method of testing to determine “whether the defendant is using a prohibited substance”. Sure hope that Michael hasn’t been rolling with the dogs lately! Vick also has to remain in his Virginia home with electric monitoring – at his expense – daily from 10 PM to 6 AM. Oh well, no clubbing may make is easier to stay away from any herbal remedies…

Apparently it’s not just hot honeys of Hollywood that get in trouble for misdirected driving and driving while intoxicated. Although we have watched the popwreck driving antics of sexy celebs such as Paris Hilton (who served her time in the big house – and we mean jail, not one of the Hilton mansions), Nicole Richie (who served her hour in a pregnant state) and Linday Lohan (still in rehab while Amy Winehouse runs free), the guys are getting in on the action. We just discovered that Richie Sambora was spending time in rehab with Lohan (same place, private room) after his distressing breakups with former wife Heather Locklear and ex-girlfriend Denise Richards (famous for wearing white lipstick up her nose). Kiefer Sutherland, 40, known as Jack Bauer of “24”. Seems that Sutherland was busted for suspected DUI last night in West Hollywood and is rumored to have blown double the legal limit of .08 when he was stopped on the corner of Beverly and La Cienega. This is Kiefer’s second DUI in five years because he was arrested back in 2004. If convicted, Sutherland will have to spend a minimum of five days in jail under California law. Kiefer was pulled over after attending the FOX Fall Eco-Casino party at Area nightclub.

Did you hear about America’s favorite cheerleader, Hayden Panettiere, cussing at paps outside of “Regis and Kelly”? Yes the newly 18 blond that look like butter (or something) could melt in her mouth belted out to photogs and autograph seekers, “Guys! You’re f—kin’” and then cut herself off. Apparently the crowd almost crushed a little girl, which pissed Panettiere off and she continually asked the little girl before leaving, “Are you okay?”

With cheerleaders in mind, it seems that the NFL sent a memo to all of their 32 teams to tell them that home teams can’t let their cheerleaders stretch, warm up or do anything of the sort in front of the bench of the visiting team. NFL feels it could distract the players before the game – all we know is we are distracted when the cheerleaders come out! Imagine watching them bend, shake and move while your were trying to listen to pregame instructions? Ah, those million dollar football players have it tough, don’t they? We do wonder if folks can videotape the opposing team’s cheerleaders – is that like filming strategies? What if the cheerleaders were filmed in the locker rooms? Where should we draw this line – if at all?

While Amy Winehouse leaves rehab to spend time on a vacation and sing about how she won’t be going to rehab, Lindsay Lohan remains in rehab trying to get herself together.

Seems that luscious LiLo now has some company at the Cirque Lodge in Utah – the number two man of Bon Jovi, Richie Sambora. Yes, on Monday, Richie joined Lohan for treatment at rehab, making this the second time this year that Sambora has been in a rehab facility. After the stressful breakup of Richie’s marriage to Heather Locklear and a difficult split with former girlfriend Denise Richards, Sambora went to the UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles for a week of treatment. When Sambora, 48, went for the treatment, he had told Matt Lauer of NBC that he went to rehab because, “I was just drinking too much, and I needed to get my life together.” The guitarist has a private room at Cirque.

We wonder how much help Denise was. After all, wasn’t she seen on vacation with Richie over the summer putting white lipstick up her nose? It may just be a matter of time before Denise joins Richie and Lohan at rehab…or maybe she’s just keeping partying like Amy Winehouse…

Britney Spears has had some terrible moments, from her bald, umbrella-wielding rages to her shaved crotch shots to bad weaves to her VMA performance to her current custody battle with ex-husbore Kevin Federline. To add to it, she’s been on the outs with all of her staff and family members, right up to the recent allegations made about Spears by a former bodyguard (possibly disgruntled for being fired and cut off from Brit’s cash, like K-Fed).

After this bodyguard’s testimony about a drunken, nude and partying Spears, the judge ordered random drug tests for the popwreck and what was her response – to hit the Los Angeles nightclub scene with gal pals Avril Lavigne and Alli Sims. The babes went to West Hollywood to hang out at Winston’s and later Spears was seen at Hyde Lounge. Word on the street at Hyde says that, “They kept bringing shots and so they were drinking. She was dancing on the tables trying to be really sexy, even putting a black sock over her head as a hat, and putting on a show for everyone.” Hey, that sounds better than the VMA performance!

Seems that the bottom line is that Spears must submit to random drug testing twice a week and Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon also ruled that both Federline and Spears cannot consume non-prescription controlled substances or alcohol at least 12 hours before being with the boys. Hey, we know Brit’s come up clean on the tests in the past – why not check out K-Fed?

Horny bloggers are irate about the current state of the justice system in this country. The first time around, OJ Simpson gets off totally free – even managing to hide his money from the victims’ family with no other alleged murderer coming to light. This time, OJ gets to slip out the back door on bail and is most likely off to play golf or get a blow job while our guru Joe Francis remains in a jail near Reno, just rotting away. Hey, all this guy did was have a little fun and he’s still behind bars with no end in sight? What’s up with that?

Anyway, to reach out to antisocial bloggers with a passion for hot babes such as ourselves and in an attempt to bring his plight some publicity, Joe Francis launched his own website from the big house – MeetJoeFrancis.com. At the site, Joe shares his plight and legal woes on the website on ten lengthy pages. Apparently, Joe states that he signed a settlement agreement under duress in his cell with seven women who had filed lawsuits against him for taking films while they were minor, believing that the judge would free him for doing so. Guess this was not the case so our beloved Joe remains behind bars – we are starting to miss him even more than we missed his pal Paris Hilton! After all, Joe has been there awhile and we also miss those Girls Gone Wild flicks…especially since Joe wants to cut a deal with High School Musical nudie cutie, Vanessa Hudgens…

Alright, we know that Britney Spears has some serious staff trouble and that the latest was with her former bodyguard Tony Barretto who filed a declaration in the Spears/Federline custody battle alleging “nudity, drug use and safety issues post-rehab.” Despite the judge’s warning, Spears was seen partying a few short hours later…

Another bodyguard seems to have gotten himself into possible hot water. The bodyguard for luscious Christina Aguilera caused a fan outside the Ivy to burst into tears – after he knocked the overly enthused girl in the face. Apparently Christina and hubby Bratman were rushing out of the restaurant surrounded by security and a Venezuelan fan kept screaming out in Spanish to get the pop star’s attention. Unfortunately, Aguilera paid her no mind and the only attention the screeching fan got was a smack right in the face from the incredibly protective bodyguard.

When asked why the girl was crying, she responded, “I’m not crying because of her, I love her … I’m crying because one of her bodyguards hit me in the mouth.” The fan got over the smack fast and run away shouting out, “I love fame!” Guess this fan felt two seconds of fame was worth the hard knocks – much like many other folks in Hollywood…

Okay, unfortunately those rumors about Kevin Federline are untrue. While word on the street said there was a plot to kill K-Fed (after all his career and marriage are dead already), we were all disappointed to discover that the story is unfounded.

There is a bit of hope for bloggers who think K-Fed doesn’t deserve one penny of Britney Spears’ millions – an LAPD investigation was conducted a couple of months ago when there was a threat on the hanger on’s life but there was insufficient evidence so the case was closed. The FBI states there was no K-Fed investigation on their behalf and that, “The information on the Internet on these reports is not accurate. It did not come from the FBI at all.”

With this in mind, K-Fed through a birthday party for his two sons and invited Spears’ parents, other baby mama Shar Jackson and their kids. Photogs caught Federline looking his classy self, wearing a white t-shirt and manpris while his sons ran around in disposable diapers. Hey, they were brand name diapers, y’all – no generics on their birthday, ya know?! Wonder if Britney’s new attorneys are taking note of the scantily clad boys running around under the supervision of K-Fed – after all, isn’t he taking notes about everything Spears does?
