After taking off her clothes for a Marilyn Monroe type magazine spread, Lindsay Lohan is now baring her soul by sharing her feelings with Paper magazine. She talks about partying, getting arrested and going to rehab in an article that quotes Popeye with the heading, “I Am What I Am”.

Linds says she had tough times in her personal life and drinking and drugs helped run away from the “go-go-go” of being an actress. “I had a lot going on in my life and that was a way of hiding from it. I hadn’t seen my dad; I had a lot of work stress ’cause I was constantly working and never took time to stop.” She was struck with reality at rehab and she said, “There’s not really much else to do when you’re sitting in a treatment center. It’s like, ‘Why am I here? Let’s think.’”

Lohan is searching for a “great script, a great role.” She knows a lot of studios might hesitate to take a risk on her but there may be an opportunity to play Clara Bow, the silent movie star who was known for her racy lifestyle and becoming mentally ill in her later years. Lindsay added, “”I definitely relate to a lot of the things that she went through. Not with her family, but the trials and tribulations of Hollywood, to an extent.” We’ll see if Lohan winds up doing any better than Bow…

With all the popular popwrecks on the scene – Lindsay Lohan, Eva Mendes, Britney Spears, Nicole Richie, Paris Hilton, Kirsten Dunst, Amy Winehouse….we almost lost sight of former “The OC” star Mischa Barton. Apparently Mischa’s defense attorney Anthony Salerno appeared in court on her behalf this past week and the case will be continued on April 10. Mischa was charged with driving under the influence, driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.08 or higher, driving without a license and having 28.5 grams or less of weed along for the ride – sounds like a party! The arrest happened right around the holidays, on December 27, 2007 when the cops saw Barton’s car straddling two lanes and failing to signal for a turn.

Mischa’s attorney Salerno feels the pot charge will be dismissed and the case will be resolved “favorably” for his famous client. He also said, “The D.A.’s office is to be commended for treating this case the same as it would any other matter; Ms. Barton has received no special treatment.” Barton is also working on getting a California license now. Before the December incident, Barton got hospitalized in May for taking an antibiotic with alcohol. No word if she’s stopped drinking…

Bloggers love to follow the honeys of Hollywood getting in trouble – after all who can resist a bald Britney Spears, a knife-wielding Lindsay Lohan or an incarcerated Paris Hilton? Despite all the antics of the famous ladies, the guys getting in on the action more than ever.

The most recently male targeted by NYPD on Fifth Avenue was Leonardo DiCaprio. So what did Leo do? Was he boozing it up like Barron Hilton or carrying a big bag of pot like Aaron Carter? Seems that it was neither and Leo didn’t really do anything himself. Leo’s driver apparently went through a red light. The NYPD pulled the car over for running a red light and then the driver got ordered out of the car. Leo and his back seat passenger were allowed to remain in the car as the police searched the the white Mercedes. The plain-clothed police officers clad in NYPD windbreakers detained Leo and his friend for about 20 minutes before they let him go.

Meanwhile, Joe Francis, the Girls Gone Wild guru, remains incarcerated in Nevada for tax evasion charges but continues to work on a “Girls Gone Wild” magazine due to launch on tax day – April 15. Wonder when Joe will finally break free…

Apparently Amy Winehouse isn’t the only one saying no, no, no to rehab. Seems that Tucker, son of Dog the Bounty Hunter, has been taken to the Oahu Correction Facility. Tucker violated several terms of his parole including a rehab facility ordered by a parole officer that Tucker walked away from. Word on the street says that two weeks after the tape surfaced of Dog’s tirade at his son (sold by Tucker to the National Enquirer), Dog found out Tucker was doing drugs. He told his son he would expose him to his parole officer at which time rehab was suggested.

This week the parole guy decided to surprise Tuck with a home inspection. Seems he wasn’t happy with what he found because he brought Tucker in on Friday. His parole was revoked and Tucker was put in the dog pen (pun intended) for violations that include failing a drug test, walking away from rehab and associating with known felons.

While sonny sits in the slammer, dad is back on the air with production of “Dog the Bounty Hunter” starting again next week. Papa Chapman, a/k/a Dog, released a statement that: “I am heartbroken that this has occurred, but I am relieved that my son in now in a place where he can no longer hurt himself. To my bruddahs in the system: please don’t hurt my son as he knows not what he does. I love my son and wish him the best.” It’s a dog’s life…

Alright, the East Coast can stand proud because they got their share of the awards. While Katherine Heigl and Heidi Klum joined other A-listers looking fabulous at the Oscars, Lindsay Lohan and Eddie Murphy were receiving their own honors – the Razzie Awards!

Yes, just last year Eddie was hanging out with the A-list and hoping for an Oscar and in only one year, he’s setting new records at the Razzie Awards. He took worst actor, worst supporting actor and worse actress (yes all three) for his appearance in “Norbit” and apparently was not anticipating any Oscars for his performance.

Lindsay also had an incredible performance at the Razzies and took two worst actress trophies homes for her role in “I Know Who Killed Me.” An additional honor of worst picture of 2007 went to the movie. Even though Lindsay wasn’t collecting any Oscars, it had to be an improvement for her anyway after the year filled with arrests, controversial knife-wielding photographs, rehab, rehab sex toy Giles, other sex toys along the way in Italy and a recently settled lawsuit. Seems that the Razzies may have been the best news Lohan had all year – at least they’re awards and they’re not related to a lawsuit!

After watching Amy Winehouse go to rehab after protests of no, no, no and Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears spend time “recuperating”, it’s time to check out the men of Hollywood again, who have been getting in an equal amount of trouble lately. Seems that Aaron Carter, Nick Carter’s little brother, got busted in Kimble County, Texas with two ounces of marijuana.

That’s right Barron Hilton and Paris Hilton, move over because another bad little bro is on the scene. Aaron got pulled over on I-10 for speeding and when the vehicle was searched, a fat bag of herb showed up. He also had two pit bulls with him that went right to the pound. When Aaron got sprung out of jail, instead of running for munchies he went right over to the Sam B. Coffey Animal Shelter to get his pup and full-grown pit bulls back, paying the $70 impound fee to get them. The shelter people said the dogs were “very, very well-trained” and Aaron was “extremely happy to see his dogs and they were well cared for.” Aaron must also be extremely bummed out he lost such as big stash but really glad to be out of the pokey…

The sex tapes continue in Hollywood to the delight of voyeuristic bloggers. Last year we had really awesome sex tapes released by hotties such as Paris Hilton and Kim “The Tush” Kardashian. We actually wanted to see these honeys get naked and get wild. But this year has slowed down because it seems to be time for the older folks to get in on the action.

First we had Amy Fisher, the original Long Island Lolita (before Lindsay Lohan), make a comeback in a sex tape with her much older husband (she’s no chick in her 20s either). Now it seems that there’s a sex tape featuring Gene Simmons and it doesn’t include long time girlfriend Shannon Tweed. The geriatric crowd can officially get it on.

Apparently Simmons’ attorney have told the website promoting the video they must cease and desist because of copyright infringement. The attorneys say the site can’t use face paint to promote the sex tape because it represents KISS. Further word on the street says it’s an old sex tape copyrighted by Gene himself when he heard about the tape a few years ago and decided to buy the rights. Seems that because the tape was taken without the knowledge or permission of Gene it may be illegal…guess Webmastercentral.com will find out soon since they are promoting the tape.

We already know that what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas according to Donald Trump – unless, of course, the paps are there, too. We also know that anything could happen at any time with a hottie like Pam Anderson on the Vegas circuit. Seems that there’s another party girl still hanging out in Vegas – Paris Hilton! In fact, Paris is still partying with Pam’s ex Tommy Lee (just as Pam married Paris’ former sex tape co-star) and was seen partying it up with absinthe, sis Nicky and Tommy.

Yes, Paris Hilton is already staggering and slurring her words through Vegas as she grabs the mic to bore people at the wee hours of the morning with unintelligible comments and now she’s stepping up the pace by drinking that green liquid that purportedly makes adults mighty wasted. Apparently Paris and crew had a bottle of Le Tourment Vert at the Palms Hotel and Casino, which is imported from France. In fact, up until a few months ago, absinthe was banned because it had been portrayed last century as a psychoactive, dangerous drug and production of it in this country was prohibited. Now Lil’ Wayne likes it so much he’s going to feature the green stuff in his new music video. Meanwhile, bloggers wonder if Paris needs to get anymore wasted – and advise her not to go driving or share any with brother Barron…

The custody hearings for Britney Spears to see her kids again are going on today. Apparently sources say that K-Fed wants Brit to see the boys during the conservatorship and the only restriction is that Spears’ parents be there during visits. Also, though Federline likes the support checks it seems that 100 percent custody is getting to be too much and he’s like to share the custody to get a break. K-Fed is even willing to let the kids to to a private facility to see mom if she requires treatment.

However, even though Britney has a new lawyer (Stacy Phillips, the attorney for Bobby Brown and Tori Spelling’s ex) it seems that she may not get far in her custody pursuit even though she got rid of Trope and Trope. So far there is no change in the custody order and the commissioner said that though the issues of conservatorship are being removed to Federal court, that has no bearing on the custody case. The parties are currently trying to hammer out some type of agreement so the results are still uncertain. The funny part is that K-Fed wants Brit to have visitation now and so does her dad but it doesn’t seem that it will happen…but more to come…

Britney Spears has apparently told the lawyer who is derailing the conservatorship case to take the reins on her behalf. Lawyer John Eardley filed federal court papers at the end of last week that allege the California courts railroaded Brit by imposing the conservatorship. According to Eardley, Spears called him but he refuses to disclose the circumstances or the nature of the conversation. Oddly enough, Michael Sands, the former spokesperson for K-Fed attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan, is now the speaking rep for Eardley and the mouthpiece for former Brit manager Lutfi (who is now completely restrained from anything Britney).

Despite the recent happenings, Brit was seen out after dark at Citrus at Social in Hollywood over the weekend and was accompanied by dad and security. Meanwhile, Heidi Klum is feeling for Spears and expressed her desire to be helpful through the paps. Heidi purportedly said about Britney, “She can call me and come live in our house with us for a couple of months.” So if Britney really gets tired off the family, money mongers, paps and freaks that surround her, she can getaway to hang out with Heidi and Seal…which could make for some really interesting sex tapes as far as horny bloggers are concerned…
