In fact, word on the street says she’s already met with an attorney and it may mean a divorce between these two in the future…

Online, a source told him that Garner was opting out of her marriage with Affleck. In fact, the word was the reason, “Jen and Ben are always seen cooing over adorable daughter Violet separately.” When this came out Ben’s peeps shot down the rumor but nothing was said by Jen’s reps.

For awhile, her romance must have been idyllic but now it’s all about break ups and court hearings. Yes, Anne Hathaway was enthralled with business entrepreneur Raffaello Follieri until she discovered his business seemed to involve…well, some trouble. At the same time the romance is on the rocks, Raffaello was forced to face the music for his business dealings in court.

Seems that Raffaello was arraigned and charged with 5 counts of money laundering and 6 counts of wire fraud. It got worse for the businessman because when he was given a routine drug test, the Feds said he “tested positive” for opiates. Things are so bad Raffaello has to pay a cool $21 mil before he’s able to go home and he’ll need 5 co-signers. When Rafaello ponies up the cash and get the co-signers, he will be restricted to his home by an electronic monitoring device. He will only be allowed to leave for medical, legal and religious reasons on the island of Manhattan. A pre-trial hearing will be held on July 9 and Raf will be back. By the way, Anne did not accompany him to the hearing. Losing his freedom and losing Anne – it must be looking pretty tough for Raf right about now…

The word is finally out about what happened to Amy Winehouse recently. Apparently Amy damaged her lungs by smoking all those cigarettes…and hitting on that crack pipe didn’t help either. According to her dad Mitch, Amy is facing the early stages of emphysema with an irregular heartbeat. If she doesn’t quit smoking the drugs, she’ll wind up wearing an oxygen mask.

Last Money Amy collapsed near her London home while signing autographs for fans. According to dad, “There are nodules around the chest and dark marks. She has 70 percent lung capacity. The doctors have told her if she goes back to smoking drugs, it won’t just ruin her voice, it will kill her.”

Amy is still booked to sing at a London concert on Friday to celebrate the 90th birthday of Nelson Mandela. She will take part in the Glastonbury music festival the next day. Her daddy feels performing is what will be best for his little girl right now. “When she’s been inactive work-wise that’s when the problems really start. The doctors have said that medically there isn’t any reason why she can’t do Glastonbury.” Seems like Amy will have to start taking it one day at a time…

Lindsay Lohan is a constant source of material for the paps. After all, even if Lindsay decide to lay low there’s always her embarrassing parents trying to capture the spotlight with their disputes. Then there’s the reality show “Living Lohan” to try to showcase momma Dina and little sis.

While Britney Spears is helping her sister give birth and trying to be a good girl to regain custody of her sons and Lindsay Lohan is kissing her friends, another popwreck remains on a crash course to rehab. That’s right, Amy Winehouse is still a train wreck heading toward trouble. Despite her song filled with protests about rehab, she’s wound up there more than once after being photographed in a variety of compromising positions.

Amy did another stint in rehab recently after being unable to fulfill her performance obligations. Winehouse, who is 24 years old, hung out at rehab for awhile to get herself together to perform again. She left rehab and would up landing in a London hospital at the beginning of this week. Apparently Amy “briefly fainted” and according to her publicist, Tracey Miller, her assistant kept her from falling. Miller states, “Doctors are unsure of the cause of the incident and Amy is currently undergoing tests.” Do you think she hopped off the wagon right after she left rehab? Will Britney Spears wind up looking like an angel after all the antics of Amy Winehouse? Is Amy ever going to be able to perform or is she too much of a popwreck at this point? We’ll be watching…

The battle between Denise Richard and Charlie Sheen never ends. It’s getting really nasty now, this time thanks to Denise. She let a three year old voice mail leak during the week and in it, Sheen calls Richards numerous insults including a “f— n—”, though she’s clearly not black.

Sheen realized the error of his ways and apologized in a statement published by Us, saying, “I deeply apologize for my choice of words to all I have obviously offended; especially to Tony Todd, an African-American, who was my best man at my first two weddings.” Seems Sheen is doing better with anger management and went on, “Three and one-half years later, the reasons that caused the anger and frustration displayed on the voice mail continue to be manifested on daily basis. His reasons are “my children did not show up today for a custodial visit without explanation.”

Sheen and Richard broke up in 2006. After the break up, Richards dated Richie Sambora, who was married to Richards’ BFF Heather Locklear. While Richards and Sambora are no longer together, Sheen dated Brooke Mueller and ultimately married her in May this year. Is Denise being spiteful now that Charlie’s got a new woman?

We haven’t heard about Britney Spears for awhile, other than her seemingly good behavior to attempt to regain custody of her boys along with her dignity. Just when everything was getting quiet for Brit Brit, a book is coming out to outline her drug use, suicide attempts and other alleged behavior.

The author of the upcoming book is Ian Halperin, an award winning journalist. Apparently he spent a year and a half undercover pretending to be a photog to get close to Spears. He spoke to Life & Style magazine recently and said that Spears tried to kill herself two times. “The suicide attempts are real. I know all the details about both of them. Purportedly a family member is supported these claims made by Halperin, who says her suicide threats began after son Jayden James was born in September, 2006.

Halperin also claims that Brit used drug, saying, “I partied with her and was able to really monitor what type of stuff she was using. It’s very concerning.” He also says that there were element in Brit’s life even more dangerous than the drugs, stating her handlers including Sam Lufti and mom and dad are “sleazy and destructive”. We wonder how Brit feels about partying with a guy who was using the info to exploit her – that is, if he’s telling the truth…and who’s sleazy now, especially if it’s a lot of hot air?

Is he all dried up already? Physically at least that seems to be the current situation for Kid Rock, the ex-husband of hottie Pam Anderson. Apparently Kid Rock was rushed to the hospital just moments before he was due to appear on stage at a music festival in England last Friday, according to the British tabs.

The organizers of the Download Festival reported that 37 year old Kid Rock was hospitalized in Nottingham, located 99 miles north of London. Word on the street says Kid was partying until the wee hours in the morning the night before at a late-night event at Whiskey Mist night club in Central London. The bottom line is Kid Rock was suffering from dehydration and stomach cramps according to his spokesperson. Do you think the Kid was just seriously hung over?

Meanwhile, Kid Rock’s ex-wife Pam Anderson is doing her charitable duty for her favorite cause, PETA, by auctioning off her 2000 Dodge Viper RT/10 Roadster to donate the proceeds. The auction runs on June 21 and 22 at Planet Hollywood in Vegas. Pam has been associated as the pretty spokesperson for PETA for a cool 15 years. Pam is allegedly back with her first ex-husband, Motley Crue rocker Tommy Lee, the father of her two sons.
