When Amy Winehouse sang “Wake Up Alone” to incarcerated husband Blake Fielder-Civil she showed her dedication to all her fans at Ireland’s Oxygen festival. She told everyone, “This one’s for Blakey. He’s out in nine days.” Reunited will certainly feel good…if Amy can feel by they time Blakey is around.

Amy was rushed to the hospital recently with the rumor her meds weren’t working out. The last time she was hospitalized, Winehouse was diagnosed with the beginning stages of emphysema. Despite this grim diagnosis after a checkered history of using crack, weed and cigarettes, Amy was seen smoking cigarettes at Scotland’s T in the Park Festival. We’re not sure how Blakey feels about all this but Winehouse’s daddy Mitch is a mess about his little girl. A friend of Amy’s taxi driving father said about Mitch, “He isn’t well. He’s been taking a lot on and has been dedicating himself to trying to improve Amy’s health. But his own health has suffered as a result. He has been having stress related panic attacks and collapsed at his home last week.” Do you think Amy will ever stop partying or is she just waiting for Blakey to get started…

Although the marital issues and custody battles between Britney Spears and K-Fed are settled, they are still dealing with their own personal problems. Britney was happy about the recent deal cut with K-Fed because she gets plenty of time with her boys. K-Fed seems to be happy because he’s getting even more child support than before, yet spends less time with the kids (we’re not quite sure how that works but apparently it works quite well as far as K-Fed is concerned).

It’s a good thing K-Fed will be getting plenty of cash from Brit because he was recently fired from the musical “Legally Blonde”, despite the fact he never got the chance to go on stage. While K-Fed’s bad singing, dancing and acting were overlooked, it seemed the producers simply could not overlook one other bad element about K-Fed – his attitude. Apparently he was canned because of a poor attitude (the producers should talk to Brit about that).

Anyway, it’s not all paradise for Britney these days, either. Now that she has more time with her boys, she’s feeling bad she never had a baby girl like her little sis Jamie Lynn. Now that Britney wants a daughter and has no hubby, what’s a girl to so? Maybe focus a little more on raising your sons the rigt way…

There have been plenty of accidents for the honeys of Hollywood over the past couple of years. We’ve learned to expect an occasional crash from Britney Spears, who is almost as famous for her misdirected driving as she is for singing. Other babes with serious driving problems include Brandy, Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie. We also remember some of the run-ins Lindsay Lohan had with the law – but these days, it seems she’s even having trouble as a pedestrian.

While Lindsay Lohan was out on the town in New York City with gal pal Samantha Ronson, she was accidentally struck. Did LiLo look both ways or was the driver simply careless? Oh, by the way, Lindsay was crashing into by a person on a bicycle. Yes, while Linds was walking and another person was biking there was an unexpected collision. The bike driver took Lindsay to Beth Israel Hospital in Midtown Manhattan to get checked out after the accident. Seems everything was alright because Lindsay checked herself out of the hospital at about 4 in the morning and a rep for the actress confirmed she was “fine”. Are the streets of New York safe for Lindsay to walk again?

Where’s the LaBeouf? Shia LaBeouf, 22, was booked for misdemeanor DUI then released and sent to Cedar-Sinai Medical Center for treatment of injuries to his left hand, his knee and his head. Apparently the “Indiana Jones” star was attempting to make a left turn at an intersection in West Hollywood on Sunday at 3 AM, hit into another vehicle and rolled his truck over. The woman with LaBeouf and the driver of the other vehicle did not sustain serious injuries.

According to Sgt. Scott Wolf of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s, “It was immediately apparent to officers responding on the scene that LaBeouf was intoxicated and he was subsequently placed under arrest.” LaBeouf’s publicist, Melissa Kates, says he had hand surgery and will return to work in a month – he is currently working on the film “Transformers 2”.

In the past, LaBeouf had other minor brushes with the law including misdemeanor criminal trespassing charges for a drunken confrontation with Walgreens guards in Chicago and smoking in Burbank, which was dismissed. On David Letterman, LaBeouf had said about the Walgreens, incident, “Drinking and driving is one thing, but drinking and shopping…it’s just as bad.” Maybe he should have remembered those words…

Comedian Andy Dick is living up to his name – again. Since his claim to fame is his bumbling behavior, his recent arrest outside a chicken joint for sexual assault of an underage fan really isn’t too surprising while he was apparently high on pot and drunk. (Seems he groped the fan’s breasts without authorization – was he really looking for chicken breasts because he had the munchies?) Anyway, since Dick has already spent time in rehab (though not as fashionably as celebs such as Lindsay Lohan and Amy Winehouse) it is also no surprise he recently checked himself into rehab again. With all the drunk, drugged up stupid stuff he does in public, of course time in rehab is inevitable. So what’s the real surprise about all this?

Seems that Dick isn’t really rehabbing at all but getting paid. After the drunken arrest at a chicken restaurant earlier this month, Dick took a deal he couldn’t refuse. He’s battling his addictions for the viewing public on a reality show called “Sober Living”. Yes, that’s right, someone is actually paying Dick to battle his demons for all those realty television fans. Well, whether Dick will finally stop living up to his name remains to be seen – but at least all his lawyers will be getting paid.

It seems like some of our Hollywood honeys are feeling hot-tempered and ready for a fight. Word on the street says Kim Kardashian was targeted for a fight by none other than Shanna Moakler. Rumor has it that Shanna went after Kim during a party thrown by the sexy Carmen Electra. What was the reason Shanna attempted to attack Kim’s ample ASSets when everyone else was in a partying mood? Seems Shanna didn’t appreciate Kim’s friendship with her ex Travis Barker. Horny bloggers just wish they were there to see this action – imagine Shanna and Kim, hair pulling and Carmen Electra trying to stop it all? It’s almost too exciting to think about…

With raging babes in mind, we know Naomi Campbell doesn’t take any nonsense and she’s done the community service to prove it. After all, she’s not about to wait around for her luggage and if you’re a frequent traveler, do you really blame her? Anyway, apparently Naomi will not pay a bill for $400 for singeing sheets at a hotel in Russia. This comes right on the heels of her comments criticizing the religion Madonna practices. By the way, further word on the street says there is a sex tape featuring Madonna and A-Rod…

We all know Amy Winehouse has been in and out of rehab, caught in a variety of compromising positions. From smoking crack to spitting gum on fans, Amy has done it all while she waited to find out what would happen to hubby Blake Fielder-Civil in jail.

A decision was finally rendered with the sentence passed at Snaresbrook Crown Court by Judge David Radford. Fielder-Civil will be spending 27 months in the slammer for assault and obstructing justice. Amy, 24, married Fielder-Civil, 26, in May, 2007 in Miami. Her new hubby was arrested in November and spent his time in jail since.

Winehouse wasn’t in court to hear the Judge’s decision or when he told her husband he acted in a “gratuitous, cowardly and disgraceful” manner. In case you don’t remember the exact circumstances, Fielder-Civil beat up James King, a pub manager, during a barroom brawls in 2006. After the fight, Fielder-Civil made the situation even worse by offering King $400,000 to stay quiet about the incident. Obviously that didn’t work out since Amy’s husband will be spending the next couple of years in jail. Winehouse’s Grammy-winning album “Back to Black” was released in 2006 and everyone wonders if she will every see those glory days again.

Remember when that mystery fire occurred at the Long Island home of rapper 50 Cent in May? When flames broke out, the house was inhabited by his 11-year old son Marquise and baby mama Shaniqua Tompkins and four other people. On Thursday, 50 Cent went to a Long Island courtroom to request permission to take son Marquise on a trip next month. After passing the court-ordered drug test, the Center Islip court gave 50 Cent permission to bring his son on a trip – wonder what the baby mama is thinking?

Meanwhile, another rapper may be spending plenty of time in court…and jail. DMX was arrested (yes again), this time for giving a fake social security number and name to a Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale to avoid a $7,500 bill. His attorney Cameron Morgan refused to comment. Seems Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio is checking DMX out closely after the animal cruelty charges, felony drug possession, failure to appear for warrants and recent arrest for trying to buy marijuana and cocaine in Miami. According to Arpaio, “He’s back in jail again. I don’t know why the judges keep letting this guy out. Every time he goes in there, he gets out on bond. I’m hoping this is the one time he’s going to pay the penalty for his offense.” Bond has not been set for his recent arrest yet.

Is Kim Kardashian’s little sis joining the ranks of big sis’ gal pals Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie? Seems to be the case because Khloe Kardashian is going to jail on Friday for a DUI and violating probation. The Tush’s little sis has been sentenced to 30 days hard time in the county jail for a DUI on March 4, 2007. Khloe had a .13 blood alcohol level, way past the limit of .08. This past month, Khloe didn’t comply with the Cal Trans requirements of picking up trash on the freeway and attending her alcohol ed program. She has to re-enroll in the ed program, she won’t be picking up trash anymore and instead Khloe gets to hang out for 30 days in jail.

Kim spoke out recently about her little sis’ plight, saying, “”Khloe is ready and willing to serve out her sentence, no matter how long and where, and have this resolved. I urge people to learn from the mistakes of others. Please drink responsibly and it’s never acceptable to drink and drive!” Nothing like a public service message from the Tush…think she’ll get her ample ASSets into Khloe’s new 12×8 cell for a visit?

Are the Spears girls getting themselves in more trouble? As if teen pregnancy and custody disputes aren’t enough, it seems Jamie Lynn Spears and Britney Spears are back to their old behaviors. Jamie Lynn apparently took parenting courses from big sis Brit because word on the street says she only keeps Diet Coke in the house and baby daddy Casey Aldridge is unlikely to marry her. Could it be that Lynn Spears didn’t teach her daughter much about mothering, either? Meanwhile, Jamie Lynn may have already pimped out pics of her new daughter, Maddie Briann, for a close-up cover on OK mag – no word yet about how much mommy made to sell those photos.

Meanwhile, Britney Spears might be losing ground again. On her best behavior for the last couple of months, Britney seems to be slipping up. After trying to get herself together, it may be falling apart yeat again because word on the street says Brit is hanging out with her paparazzi ex Adnan Ghalib again. Amidst the protests from daddy and doctors that Ghalib is toxic and should be avoided, Britney has managed to text her ex and even meet him. Are these sisters their own worst enemies?
