Everyone knew it was trouble when Britney Spears had a fling with pap Adnad Ghalib. Now that Britney is back on her feet, seems everyone in her world wants to bring her down again. Her mom wrote a tell-all book about Brit’s teen escapades. Now Ghalib claims he is looking to sell a sex tape make with Britney and is awaiting word on a “locked in deal”. Just like the sex tape peddling businessman he is, Ghalib recently allegedly told Heat mag that he won’t talk about “prices for hypothetical enquiries.”

According to word on the street, Ghalib says the tape was filmed during a vacation in Mexico – oddly enough, a place where hot babes are flocking these days (just this weekend the paps caught Jennifer Aniston and Lindsay Lohan basking in bikinis in Mexico). Anyway, according to Ghalib, the sex tapes show Spears clad in a pink wig – and nothing else. The sleazy sex tape seller also apparently says he’s “not interested in selling out any other details about Britney.”

Ghalib hung around Brit during the days of her child custody battle with scrub K-Fed and acted like her boyfriend and bodyguard. The two broke up in January and word on the street is Britney dumped him. Wonder if he actually got any footage of their time together…

Heather Locklear has been having a rough year. Back in June, she checked into a medical clinic because of depression and anxiety. Locklear also went through a divorce last year with Richie Sambora, guitarist for Bon Jovi. The two were married for eleven years and have a daughter Ava Elizabeth (who was in the car with dad when he was pulled over for driving under the influence). Denise Richards, Locklear’s friend, also spent some time dating Sambora, which must have been comforting to Heather…

Anyway, with driving under the influence in mind, Locklear was arrested for driving under the influence of a controlled substance. Now 47, Locklear was pulled over on Saturday in Santa Barbara by a California Highway Patrol officer when a resident saw her “driving erratically” as she left a parking lot. Locklear’s car was parked on a state highway when she was noticed by the officer. According to police spokesperson, Tom Marshall, when the officer talked to her he determined, “she seems to be under the influence of something.” Locklear was taken to the police station and tested for drugs and alcohol then booked at 7 PM for suspicion of driving under the influence of prescription meds.

Later Locklear was released from custody and so far her publicists haven’t said anything about the incident. Seems everything has gotten to be too much for Locklear…and it shows…

The parent of Hollywood are taking more heat. While everyone was buzzing about Sharon Stone losing custody of one of her children, the reality is it never really happened according to her attorney. Apparently the clerk wrote two conflicting comments on the file on September 12 indicating ex-husband Phil Bronstein “shall have permanent sole physical custody” but then also write, “Custody, visitation, holiday and vacation shall remain in place as outlined on 10/4/07 order.” In the 2007 order, Stone got joint custody. Seems Sharon still has joint custody and the clerk stands a chance of being embarrassed by this glaring error.

Meanwhile, Daddy Lohan won’t be receiving any parenting awards anytime soon. According to the New York Post, Lindsay Lohan is getting a restraining order against Daddy Michael Lohan. The Post reports LiLo is “taking out an order of protection. He’s behaving so erratically that she’s terrified he’ll do something to her. She’s contacted her lawyer to arrange this.” Could it be because Lindsay recently admitted her relationship with Samantha Ronson? We know Daddy didn’t approve because he blabbed about it to the media…

Or is Daddy Lohan really a scary guy? Seems Ali, Linds’ 14 year old sis, “already has an order of protection again him as does Dina. No one is speaking with him until he gets help.” Is Ali and Mommy scared of Dad, too?

For the past couple of years, it was always Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan getting in trouble for the paps. Now Britney is pulling her life together and Linds seems to be happily dating DJ Sam Ronson. While these women are attempting to regain their lives, Amy Winehouse continues to party on.

This time it is actually Amy’s bodyguard who is being questioned by the London cops. Seems he hit a guy and them pushed him. According to Scotland Yard, they intend to investigate an incident that occured in Camden. Apparently a “man in his twenties” is alleging he was hit by Winehouse’s car. After getting hit by the car, the young man states the bodyguard got out and pushed him.

The unidentified man in his twenties was “slightly injured” during the Winehouse encounter and got treated then released. Word on the street says the guy was a photographer but that has not been confirmed yet. Winehouse was present during the incident but there is not info about whether she was actually involved in any of it or even sober enough to know it all happened…

We just heard Daddy Lohan talking about Sam’s inability to keep a clean house and how he really doesn’t think she’s the choice for his daughter Lindsay. Despite the advice from dear old Dad, it seems Lindsay kissed a girl and liked it.

Yes, that girl is 31 year old DJ Samantha Ronson, who has been seen with LiLo all over town for ages. Neither of them would admit if they were dating but now Lindsay finally came clean with the truth on the radio program “Loveline” on Monday night. When Ted Stryker inquired about how long Lindsay was going with Sam, he actually got an answer. Lindsay laughed and replied, “For a very long time.” There you go - they’ve been dating!

So what’s the problem? Besides Dad’s disapproval, Lindsay’s publicist Lesle Sloane-Zelnik says there are no plans for marriage and the two are not engaged. Is Lindsay disappointed or is she unsure about kissing a girl? Something seems to be bothering Lohan because there were pictures of her arms in Star Magazine and they looked like she was cutting herself again. Is Lindsay really unhappy and trying to pretend she’s alright with Sam?

The hot mommies of Hollywood have their own share of trouble when it comes to balancing career and kids. Britney Spears is still working on regaining custody of her sons while she rebuilds her shattered image and career. Her sister Jamie Lynn is a single teen parent facing rumors about an unauthorized tape circulating of her breastfeeding at Walmart. Mom Lynne Spears decided to write her own book about it all.

Another mother seems to be dealing with some serious custody issues of her own. Sexy Sharon Stone formerly had joint custody of adopted son Roan, 8 years old, with ex husband Phil Bronstein. Now a judge awarded sole physical custody of the boy to Bronstein. Sharon’s request to have the custody agreement changed was denied and the judge instead awarded “permanent sole physical custody of the child” to Stone’s ex-hubby. The new custody agreement is permanent unless Sharon decides to move closer to Bronstein or if he moves closer to her. Though Sharon lost one adopted son, she still has two other adopted children to mother – Laird and Quinn. Seems a place for parenting lessons should open up right next door to Hollywood rehab. Wonder how Angelina Jolie (purportedly stressed and depressed behind the scenes despite her pretty appearance) is doing with her brood?

You just knew Lindsay Lohan’s parents would not stay quiet for long. After all, there doesn’t seem to be a time when Dina Lohan or Michael Lohan aren’t yakking to the press about their daughter to grab a few rays of the limelight. So it was no surprise when Michael Lohan recently sent an email about Lindsay’s gal pal, Samantha Ronson, to X17.

First of all, if Sam is going to be Lindsay’s other half it seems Michael Lohan feels she lacks the domestic skills. Daddy Lohan says about Sam, “Have you ever seen her apartment? For God’s sake, when she runs out of toilet paper she tells people to use the cardboard roll. (I was told this first hand).”

He also decided to say a few words to Samantha, his daughter and anyone else out in the blogosphere. According to Papa Lohan, “If Samantha or “anyone” wants to blog me or has anything to say, let them, to my face. Otherwise, if they want to be the sneaky, lying, parasites they are, I am ready to really spill the beans, and I won’t stop until this dark, evil nemesis is out of Lindsay’s life.” Wow, a dark and evil nemesis – guess it won’t be a white wedding with daddy giving away the bride if LiLo gets together with Ronson in the future…

As the last game is played in Yankee stadium, the five year marriage between A-Rod and Cynthia Rodriguez is also over. Less than three months after Cynthia filed for the divorce, a settlement was reached. The biggest concern for Alex and Cynthia was their two daughters, Natasha, 3, and Ella, 5 months old.

Attorney for Cynthia Rodriguez, Maurice Kutner, says, “This was and remains a personal matter for both of them. All their decisions were based upon and guided by the best interests of their daughters.” Apparently infidelity was at the root of the divorce, though no mention was made of the alleged liason between A-Rod and Madonna.

The couple resided in Florida, a no-fault divorce state, so unfaithfulness doesn’t change the outcome. There was also a prenup. A-Rod promised to continue to support his daughters and it is unknown whether Cynthia will ultimately get the $12 million home on the water in the Miami suburb Coral Gables. On the divorce papers, A-Rod uses an address of a New York Park Avenue apartment. A-Rod is the highest paid player in baseball with a 10 year deal with the Yankees totaling a minimum of $275 million.

We’ve watched Amy Winehouse waste away to nothing. There was also Lindsay Lohan who wound up getting sexy in rehab after a series of misadventures. Now that Britney made her big comeback on MTV’s VMAs, it’s amazing to think of her days of bald rage. Even the old school actresses decided to become train wrecks all over again during this past year.

Recently former child star Tatum O’Neal wound up facing the NYPD after she attempted to buy cocaine from a local dealer near her house. For years O’Neal struggled with her addictions, including cocaine and heroin. She would get clean and then go back to her old partying ways. O’Neal told Oprah Winfrey that running into the cops during the dirty deal actually saved her from having another relapse. She said, “I was almost at my year and I chose not to start over.”

So what happened after the arrest? Apparently Tatum was ordered to pay a whopping fine of 95 bucks and go for a length two half days to a drug rehab program. That major fine and time should make an impression on O’Neal (sure). Tatum still persists she was glad to be arrested because she could not use the drugs she purchased. Now she is glad to still be clean and sober and told Oprah, “I got close to relapsing. It was close enough. Too close for comfort.” Do you think anyone can stop Amy Winehouse before something even worse happens to her?

Foxy Megan Fox turned heads in the movie ‘Transformers’ and is known as the Sexiest Woman Alive. Recently she spoke to GQ and showed she’s not just sexy, but she has a delightfully foul mouth, too.

When Fox was asked about Disney and the teen scandals, she really spoke her mind. “With any of the Miley Cyrus s—, or any of that Vanessa Hudgens s— — I would never issue an apology for my life and for who I am. It’s like, ‘Oh, I’m sorry I took a naked, private picture that someone is an a—-le and sold for money. I’m sorry if someone else is a d—.’ No. You shouldn’t have to apologize. Someone betrayed Vanessa, but no one’s angry at that person. She had to apologize. I hate Disney for making her do that. F— Disney. It makes me sick.”
