Broken marriages are causing plenty of trouble in Hollywood. It seems the most talked about divorce these day is Madonna and Guy Ritchie. Now that the duo is breaking up, all their dirty little secrets are coming to light (you mean there were more for Madonna?!) for everyone to see. Seems Madonna had a “marriage contract” with guy that compelled Ritchie to “work to enrich his wife’s emotional and spiritual well-being”. Guy was also not allowed to raise his voice at Madonna. That must be really difficult under the current circumstances…

Meanwhile, Madonna issued a message to her future ex through the Mirror, who claims she said, “You’re going down!” Despite her message, it seems the only one going down recently was Madonna – in a helicopter to a party at Jerry Seinfeld’s house in the Hamptons…where A-Rod was, too…

Meanwhile, sexy Sienna Miller is getting ready to sue the paps for those steamy stories that purportedly broke up Balthazar Getty’s marriage. Miller’s lawyer claims paps are on a “campaign of harassment” that is causing Miller substantial “alarm, fear and enormous distress.” Wonder how Getty’s wife feels…and if she’s been talking to A-Rod’s wife lately…

After watching Angelina Jolie walk off with Brad Pitt, everyone felt sorry for Jennifer Aniston and her broken marriage. While Brad and Angelina continue to build their brood and smile together for the world, the former ‘Friends’ star has been experiencing a roller coaster ride in her own love life as she unsuccessfully dates the men of Hollywood.

Lately Jennifer seemed to be finding happiness with John Mayer but we all knew it would not last for long. With John’s rep as a womanizer, we just waited until Jen got tired of it. She finally did and the two broke up. Now Jennifer is trying to cut the cord on Mayer’s blog, too. According to OK! Jen does not want all their private stories told all over the Internet anymore (good luck with that one). It would be a shame if Jen was successful because then we’d lose all those juicy tales from John…

Although we may be able to spot a few tantalizing tidbits of our own. Jennifer is obviously over John because the NY Post reports she was getting close to actor Gerard Butler. Odd because Butler was recently seen getting cozy with Shana Moakler, Travis Barker’s ex. Does Jen ever learn from her past romantic foibles? Apparently not…

Lindsay Lohan is no stranger to the legal system, thanks to her parents’ breakup and her own misdeeds. Now it seems Lindsay is dealing with lawyers again. Apparently this time LiLo is getting slammed for refusing to give a videotaped deposition in the sticky matter between Sam Ronson and her former lawyer. The opposing attorneys said about Linds in their motion, “The only apparent rationale for her demand is that she is Lindsay Lohan and thus too important to be required like everyone else to comply with statutorily specified…obligations.” Do you think?

Lindsay’s sidekick Sam is suing Martin Garbus, a NY attorney, for screwing up her defamation suit against Perez Hilton (he said Sam had a role in Lindsay’s 2007 DUI bust). Garbus feels LiLo is a “crucial witness” but she won’t have any of it saying it will leak and lead to “unwarranted annoyance, embarrassment, oppression, undue burden and expense.” Garbus’ lawyers also say, “The only apparent rationale is that she is a semi-celebrity.” Oh, no, they didn’t call Lindsay Lohan a SEMI-celebrity, did they? That seems worse than the entire lawsuit itself…by the way, you can expect a judge’s ruling on the matter on November 6.

Today is a follow-up about the tragic events that occurred in Jennifer Hudson’s family. After the murder of her mother and brother, Jennifer’s 7 year old nephew Julian King was missing. Hudson offered $100,000 for information leading to the safe return of her nephew, son of Julia Hudson. After a frantic search by the authorities, today Hudson identified the body of her little nephew who was shot once in the head. The body of the black male boy was found just after 7 AM in the back seat of an SUV after an Amber Alert was issued to find the child.

Hudson canceled the video shoot for her single, “If It Isn’t Love” to identify the bodies of her deceased family members. Currently the authorities are questioning William Balfour, estranged husband of Hudson’s sister Julia. At this time, nobody has been charged with these horrible killings. Balfour is not the father of the boy who was killed. While the Chicago police do believe the slayings were “domestic related”, no other information is available at this time about who may have murdered Hudson’s family. It is believed the Julian King was murdered inside the SUV where he was later found.

Jennifer Hudson, in the prime of her career, is now facing the tragic loss of her mother and brother while the police continue to search for her missing child nephew. On Friday night, Hudson’s mother and brother were found shot at a South Side home. Hudson’s personal publicist, Lisa Kasteler, stated, “We can confirm that there is an ongoing investigation concerning the deaths of Jennifer Hudson’s mother, Darnell Donerson, and her brother, Jason Hudson. No further comment will be made and the family has asked that their privacy be respected at this difficult time.”

A spokesperson for the police, Monique Bond, stated the deaths looked as if they might be the result of domestic abuse and police spoke to “a number of people in custody” on Friday night. A family member discovered Darnell, 57, and Jason, 29, at about 3 PM on Friday with no signs for forced entry. An Amber Alert is out for Julian King, 7, the grandson of Darnell. Police are looking for a 1994 white Chevy Suburban or green Chrysler Concorde and believe the child may be accompanied by William Balfour, who is considered armed and dangerous. Jennifer Hudson, an singer and Oscar-winning actress, must be completely devastated by this terrible tragedy.

Lindsay Lohan got sued for that little hostage incident back in July 2007. That’s right, three guys are suing LiLo for holding them hostage – and you know they all enjoyed it, so what are they complaining about? Seems the guys claim they did not appreciate an drive fueled liquor and commandeered by an intoxicated Lindsay. Apparently Linds highjacked a car after a party in Malibu and Jakon Sutter, Dante Nigro and Ronnie Blake were passengers. In the lawsuit the guys filed in L.A. County Superior Court, they claims Lindsay was “hostile” and did not care about “the risk of death” stating “she was a celebrity…she could do whatever she wants.” You mean that’s not the truth? Back when it happened one of the guys claimed, “It was pretty much the worst night of my whole summer.” Bummer, dude – we can think of far worse ways to spend a summer night than tooling down the PCH with Lindsay.

Anyway, the suit says Lohan blew red lights and landed at the Santa Monica Police Department getting arrested for DUI with the cops finding cocaine. Lindsay pleaded no contest to reckless driving and driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or higher and pleaded guilty to being under the influence of cocaine. Hey, Lindsay did a whole one day of jail time for it! The guys are looking for punitive and compensatory damages. Meanwhile, Lohan lawyer Ed McPherson says, “These guys had the night of their lives, playing with the radio and leaving the vehicle at one point and getting back in.” How could they be hostages, then? Hmmm…

Remember all those rumors about Madonna, 50, and Guy Ritchie, 40, breaking up after she was seen around town with Alex Rodriguez, star player for the Yankees? Both Madonna and A-Rod denied anything was going on between them. Despite that fact, A-Rod’s wife immediately filed for divorce. For awhile, Guy and Madonna claimed nothing was wrong but obviously that was not the case. (By the way, Madonna has been seen out and about with A-Rod.)

Anyway, Guy and Madonna are definitely splitting up and have already entered into meaningful settlement negotiations. Guy will get about 40 million bucks, a London pub and a 1,200 acre country estate. According to a source speaking to The Sun, ” “The negotiations were relatively painless. Guy knew what he wanted and Madonna knew what she was keen to keep.”

With the Britney Spears battle in mind, no determination has been made about custody of the children yet. Word on the street says Madonna will be representd by the attorney who protected Paul McCartney’s assets when he broke up with Heather Mills. Will A-Rod and Madonna be the next hot couple? Or will Guy get custody and become a high-class K-Fed?

Is the truth coming out about Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt years later? We all know Brad took up with Angie right after ending his marriage with Jennifer Aniston. Brad and Angie were working on the movie ‘Mr. And Mrs. Smith” while Brad was still married to Jennifer, one of our favorite ‘Friends’. Despite that fact, Angie continually denied having any role in the breakup of Brad and Jennifer’s marriage.

Apparently Angie may not have been telling the whole truth. Recently Jolie was talking with the New York Times about several hot topics, including the movie set where she met Brad. Angelina stated she will someday let their six children watch the violent ‘Mr. And Mrs. Smith” because, “not a lot of people get to see a movie where their parents fell in love.” Ouch. Was Angie fibbing all along and did she really steal Brad away from Jen? Angie and Brad were together months before the divorce was actually final…seems she had a plan all along…

Meanwhile, Jennifer is still trying to make love happen in her life. Jen was seen out and about with John Mayer again, despite all his shenanigans with girls and their recent breakup. Does a girl every learn?

With all the buzz about the presidential election, Marky Mark almost got lost in the bunch (pun, as always, intended). As everyone discusses the debates and admires Tina Fey’s flawless impression of Sarah Palin on “Saturday Night Live”, Mark Wahlberg happened to notice the spoof skit about him.

Many of us may have simply laughed and moved on, but Wahlberg didn’t and apparently he did not find the skit very entertaining or humorous (although the rest of us did). In fact, Wahlberg even discussed the Samberg skit, “Barkey Bark and the Donkey Bunch” with the New York post. In the ski, Samberg does an impression of the rapper turned actor talking about life with a mule. Wahlberg feels, “it wasn’t like Tina Fey doing Sarah Palin, that’s for sure.”

It seems Wahlberg is entertained by SNL at all and went on to say it “hasn’t been funny for a long time” and he was asked to do the show “a ton of times” but he turned all the offers down. Showing his age, Wahlberg states, “I used to watch it when Eddie Murphy was there and Joe Piscopo and Bill Murray. I don’t even know who’s on the show now.” Then how does Wahlberg know about the Tina Fey impression of Sarah Palin – or the Samberg skit featuring “Barky Bark and the Donkey Bunch”? Guess Wahlberg has peeps…

As voyeuristic bloggers, we recognize the lengths certain paparazzi go to get the ultimate photos of our favorite stars. Haven’t we gotten rare footage of high end crotches thanks to the paps – including Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears? Then there’s the druggie pics of Amy Winehouse and the sex tapes of babes like Kim Kardashian – it’s all good until someone starting breaking into the house to take pics of a celebrity.

Apparently this happened to ‘High School Musical’ star Ashley Tisdale (yes the one with the nose job, not sexy Vanessa Hudgens – guess she already showed all). Seems a photog went to far and Tisdale says, “They broke in, they came into my house before.” Tisdale also claims the paparazzi and agenies, “don’t want middle America to know this is what they do to try and get pictures.” Seems the photographer, “broke in an entry and went into the hall and followed my stylist. The police were they are they [informed me] ‘you could say it’s a robbery.’” Word must have gotten out because the photographer hasn’t come back again though Tisdale still claims paps will “go to an extreme for pictures.” And we’ll be ready to check them out and talk about them…
