Britney Spears trainwreck days are still in the near past and coming back to haunt her. Conservators for Brit obtained a restraining order against Sam Lufti, Adnan Ghalib and lawyer Jon Eardley. Word on the street says Britney is furious with Sam and Adnan, is afraid of them both and wants to see them locked up in jail.

Apparent the conservators believe this dishonest duo was conspiring to undermine Brit’s conservatorship to cause her harm. It also seems their attorney might have been in on this conspiracy. According to docs filed by one of the conservatorship attorneys, “Mr. Lutfi has sent text messages and instant messages that contain false and hurtful allegations concerning Mr. Spears, Ms. Spears, and the Spears family. Mr. Lutfi, Adnan Ghalib, and Jon Eardley sought unsuccessfully to induce an attorney to file” what amounted to be false statements with the court.

Also seems Britney was communicating with these guys before all the trouble broke out. According to court paper, “Over the past month, Ms. Spears has had numerous telephone conversations with both Mr. Lutfi and Mr. Ghalib and has exchanged numerous text messages with both of them.”

The TRO stated, “Ms. Spears innocently informs Mr. Ghalib of her destinations and that he then arranges for paparazzi to meet and film her to his financial benefit.” Now Lufti, Ghalib and Eardley have to stay 250 feet away from Brit, her kids and her parents. But can Britney stay away from them?

Everyone is talking about Jessica Simpson looking heavier than usual in her latest pics. There is an uproar about Jessica Simpson putting on some pounds and slipping into “mom jeans” at a recent performance. Ironically, Jess appeared at 99.9 Kiss Country’s 24th Annual Chili Cook off in Florida wearing high-waisted jeans that showed off her bodacious booty and hips. Maybe Jess just couldn’t resist that chili…

Anyway, sister Ashlee Simpson is already coming to Jessica’s rescue in her blog. Ashlee states she is “completely disgusted by the headlines concerning my sister’s weight. Ashlee continues that is is “embarrassing and belittling to all women to read about a woman’s weight or figure as a headline on Fox News.” Then Ashlee takes it further by saying only a week after the inauguration, this type of new just diminishes, “feeling of hope in the air for our country.” Wow, that’s a whole lot of impact from a pair of jeans!

Sis Ashlee continues, “all women come in different shapes, sizes, and forms and just because you’re a celebrity, there shouldn’t be a different standard. Is this something you would say to your wife, daughter, mother, grandmother, or even a friend? I seriously doubt it.” She even mentions concern for teen girls and respect “in an environment where we criticize a size 2 figure.”

We all know Paris Hilton has a big ego. Either way, bloggers still feel ‘One Night In Paris’ was one of Hilton’s finest works, inspiring sex tapes from other great such as Kim Kardashian. Yes, the awards we’ve been waiting all year for are less than a month away. The Razzie Awards will be announced on February 21, just a day before the Academy Awards. This Will’s wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, is in the running for her own Razzie.

Apparently the entire cast is competing to see who will win the Worst Actress category. Other competitors for the renowned Razzie include Paris Hilton for her part in “The Hottie and the Nottie”; Jessica Alba for her role in “The Eye” (did you hear she recently called Bill O’Reilly an “a–hole”?); Cameron Diaz for starring in “What Happens in Vegas”; and finally, Kate Hudson for her roles in both “My Best Friend’s Girl” and “Fool’s Gold”.

Despite the entire cast competing for the Worst Actress category, “The Women” is not in the running for Worst Film of 2008. Contenders for this illustrious category include “The Hottie and the Nottie”, “Disaster Movie”, “The Happening”, “Love Guru”,”In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale” and “Meet The Spartans”.

Either way, the winners will be in good company. Eddie Murphy was a winner of three of the four worst acting categories last year thanks to his appearance in “Norbit”. This year Murphy is competing for worst actor against industry leaders such as Al Pacino, Mike Meyers, Mark Wahlberg and Larry the Cable Guy.

That right, on FoxNews.com the Pop Tarts asked a couple of cosmetic surgeons to assess the situation. Despite Paris’ recent statements, “I hate needles!”, the cosmetic surgeons think otherwise. Dr. Lewis M. Feder stated, “It definitely looks as though she had lip augmentation … on both lips.” He’s not alone in his opinion because Dr. Paymon Simoni of Beverly Hills agreed. Dr. Simoni opined, “One tell-tale sign is the white shine at the borders of her upper lip which is usually achieved by injection of Hyaluronic acid commonly known as Juvaderm or Restylane.”

Meanwhile, Paris’ peeps don’t agree and issued a statement, “She did not do anything to her lips. She has never had any type of plastic surgery whatsoever.” So what did happen to Paris’ mouth? Bloggers can only speculate what those lips were doing to get so puffy…

Britney Spears was a complete trainwreck when she went through the divorce from K-Fed but now she’s looking better than ever. Amy Winehouse remains a trainwreck and is now fighting the inevitable - rehabbing and getting divorced from Blake Fielder-Civil. Even though Blake wants the divorce and instructed an attorney to file for it, Amy isn’t ready for any of it. She refuses to start the procedure and stated to British newspaper, The Sun, “I still love my Blake. I won’t let him divorce me.” Blake admitted to getting Amy into the heavy drugs and feels it would be best of they split. Seem Amy is still clinging to her partying past…
