Abuse occurs on all different levels. We couldn’t believe the photos of Rihanna after the altercation between her and Chris Brown. Rihanna’s swollen eyes and face shocked the world.

Be prepared for an even bigger surprise. Though you might suspect domestic abuse between an established couple, who knew the ShamWow dude was hanging out with hookers and hitting them? That’s right, Vince Shlomi of ShamWow fame was apparently trying to take care of the ol’ Shlomi salami when he allegedly hired a hooker in Miami Beach.

Seems Vince took the hooker back to his hotel for a “business meeting”. The Smoking Gun got the arrest affidavit which stated Shlomi started kissing the babe for hire when she purportedly, “bit his tongue and would not let go.”

At this point, Shlomi forgot his salami and started punching the prostitute to get her to release her teeth from his tongue. This dynamic duo was arrested for felony aggravated battery. Prosecuters declined to prosecute either one of these characters. We’ll never look at those ShawWow infomercials the same way again, wondering if Vince had one handy during his tryst? Did it soak up the blood in just seconds? Oh, the possibilities…

The late, lovely Anna Nicole Smith managed to make plenty of the players in her circus rich. Everyone had a piece of the action and notoriety, including pot-smoking judge Korda and blubbering Judge Larry Seidlin.

Seems Judge Seidlin is attracting attention again. After his breakdown during the Anna Nicole Smith hearing in Florida, this seemingly sensitive guy is being accused of abusing an elderly woman. Of course when it comes to the Smith circus, nothing surprises bloggers anymore…well, almost nothing…

Anyway, seems the caretaker and a niece of 83 year old Barbara Kasler aren’t happy with Seidlin’s role in her life. They were so displeased they complained on the Elderly Abuse Hotline in Florida. They accused Judge Seidlin of doing horrible things to his elderly neighbor and family friend. Accusations include “failing to feed and medicate” and “endangering her health with poor care”.

Seidlin says the charges are bogus. Take note, Seidlin was investigated for allegedly trying to get hundreds of thousands of dollar in gifts from the elderly woman. The State Attorney’s office cleared him of the charges. However, the niece and caretaker told the New York Times that Judge Seidlin “brainwashed” Barbara into thinking he is her son and thus, a large portion of her vast estate would go to Seidlin’s family. The claimed Larry failed to feed the woman, change her, medicate her and ignored an infection.

According to Larry’s wife Belinda, the caretaker is a housekeeper, not a nurse. Belinda also stated her and hubby don’t live with Barbara and are not involved with her care other than recommending the agency that supplies nurses for Barbara’s care since the current “caretaker” did not seem up to the job. Belinda feels this is what pissed off the caretaker as she was then returned to solely doing housework. Yes, the plot thickens…

“Dancing With The Stars” is a wholesome show families watch together. While bloggers often admire the good-looking dancers, nobody imagined one of them would be stalked. Contrary to the friendly nature of the show, Shawn Johnson was allegedly stalked by an overly zealous and potentially dangerous fan.

On Tuesday morning, Robert O’Ryan was arrested right on the CBS lot. O’Ryan was charged with one felony count of stalking and two misdemeanor counts for carrying a loaded firearm in his vehicle. The arrest happened during a rehearsal of “Dancing With The Stars”. Security confronted O’Ryan and discovered he was holding two loaded firearms in his vehicle as well as duct tape and love letters written to Shawn, the object of his attention.

Right now O’Ryan is being held on $35,000 bail. With the current charges filed by the L.A. County District Attorney, it’s rumored prosecutors are asking the bail be raised to $220,000. According to the D.A., O’Ryan harassed Shawn “willfully and maliciously” and made a “credible treat with the intent that she be placed in reasonable fear for her safety”.

While O-Ryan wait behind bars, Shawn went on to continue practicing for her well-paid gig on “Dancing” and was even seen wearing a smile. O’Ryan drove from his mother’s house in Florida to meet Shawn because he felt they had a psychic connection…hmmm….

Seems Kobe Bryant and his wife Vanessa are facing some pretty crappy accusations. Apparently their former housekeeper Maria Jimenez is suing them, claiming Vanessa was very abusive. The alleged incident that led to the housekeeper finally leaving happened when Vanessa purportedly asked the housekeeper to put her hand in a bag of dog crap to get a tag from the blouse. The tag was used to deduct the cost of the blouse from the Jimenez’s pay.

Jimenez stated Vanessa said she was, “lazy, slow, dumb, a f–ing liar and f–ing sh-t.” Wow, those do sound like fighting words to us! In the lawsuit filed in Orange County Superior Court, the housekeeper says Mrs. Bryant accused her of stealing her retainer - yes, that yucky thing that goes in your mouth.

Jimenez goes on to stated Vanessa allegedly, “badgered, harassed and humiliated Maria by yelling and screaming at Maria and criticizing her in front of Kobe, the Bryants’ children, employees and other people in the household.” It all came to a halt - well almost - when Jimenez put Vanessa’s pricey blouse in the washer and the offending dog doo situation arose. However, Maria wasn’t allowed to quit because purportedly Vanessa told her, “to work until payday to pay for the $690 blouse.” The housekeeper worked then sued for invasion of privacy, wrongful discharge, unpaid wages and emotional distress. The whole situation stinks as far as we’re concerned…

We’ve all heard the ups and downs of Jennifer Aniston’s love life. The sordid tales of Brad Pitt’s affair with Angelina Jolie on a movie set while he was still married to Jen. Now Jen has been on again/off again with speculative playboy John Mayer. We all knew it wouldn’t last but Jen kept throwing herself into it anyway. Could it be desperation or her way to attract Brad’s attention? Despite their breakup, Jen and Brad are still in touch…and we wonder how Angie feels about that.

Anyway, Jen and John are through once again and rumor says he will be sharing the tawdry details of their affair with the media. Bloggers will be watching out for these stories though we question Mayer’s integrity even more…

Meanwhile, Jessica Simpson has outlived those unflattering pics in high-waisted jeans by showing off her shapely figure in recent pics. She is still holding the romantic interest of sportsman Tony Romo but apparently her outspoken Daddy is less than happy about this coupling. Seem Papa Joe Simpson wants Jess to dump Tony. According to the National Enquirer, Joe thinks Tony is “too much of a distraction” for Jess and his daughter’s singing/acting career is flailing because of it. Wow, is Tony the reason why Jess has such a mediocre career - you mean it has nothing to do with her talent level?

While everyone is still grieving the loss of Natasha Richardson after a ski accident and head injury, more news is coming out about the nature of the star’s death. According to the latest media reports, Richardson was not admitted to the hospital until almost four hours after the ski accident occurred. This is a full three hours longer than what was initially reported when the incident came to light.

Word on the street from a ski resort spokesperson claimed Richardson was walking around and laughing after her fall. However, this report is in direct conflict to what paramedics stated to the New York Times. The paramedics who arrived a short period of time after the fall said they did not see Richardson laughing but rather she was sitting on a stretcher. In fact, the paramedics were told to leave at this point.

A spokesperson for the resort originally said Richardson was brought to the hospital an hour after she fell. Ambulance records show otherwise, revealing it was almost three hours after the fall when a second ambulance was called for Richardson. Further, the paramedics spent over a half hour in her room before they brought her to the hospital, indicating she must have been in bad shape at that point. A medical examiner concluded Richardson’s death was due to a blunt impact to her head.

We wonder what will be revealed after further investigation. With Anna Nicole Smith’s death, many of us could clearly smell Howard K. Stern’s guilt and are glad to see it coming to light. It might be more complicated to figure out what really happened to Richardson during her final tragic hours…

Rihanna was seen hanging out in Hollywood without Chris Brown, the boyfriend facing felonies because of a recent argument between them. After being seen around town with Brown after the brutal beating incident, Rihanna struck out on her own. Now that the bruises are gone, Rihanna was spending some time out with the girls. Apparently Rihanna decided to hit Hollywood hot spot Les Deux with four girlfriends where they parties four about three hours.

After partying, Rihanna’s driver got pulled over at around 2 AM in Hollywood for having tinted windows and no front license plate. LAPD issued a ticket to the driver while Rihanna sat in the back seat. At least she’s smart enough not to drive around herself or show off her crotch after partying all night. We remember the days of Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears so well…those crotch shots and pull overs might have been a lesson to a few ladies such as Rihanna…

On sober note, Liam Neeson and family are grieving about the sad passing of Natasha Richardson and issued a statement, “Liam Neeson, his sons, and the entire family are shocked and devastated by the tragic death of their beloved Natasha. They are profoundly grateful for the support, love and prayers of everyone, and ask for privacy during this very difficult time.”

Today Britney Spears faced her past and got a break when a judge ordered former media leach Adnan Ghalib stay away from her for three years. Conservators for Brit already got a temporary restraining order that prohibited Ghalib from contacting her. Ghalib didn’t show for the hearing so the judge granted the permanent injunction. From now on, Britney will be free from Adnan’s wily advances so she can move on with her new life and success.

Kanye West also had to deal with his recent past from an incident at LAX on September 11, 2008. West was charged with a total of three criminal misdemeanors including battery, grand theft and vandalism in connection with a camera-smashing incident. Kanye’s manager Don Crowley was also charged with two count of grand theft, two counts of vandalism and two counts of larceny. Both West and his manager are scheduled to be arraigned on April 14. Kanye could get up to 2 ½ years in the slammer if he gets convicted on all counts and his manager could get 5. We think the next time the camera gets in Kanye’s face he’s going to grit his teeth and say, “Cheese!”

Who says we should watch our elders to learn good behavior? Most of the older folks in Hollywood are getting in as much - or more -trouble than the younger ones. This also holds true for sports legends, who also continue to get themselves in hot water even after their prime time in the limelight has passed.

The latest sports star to face the music when it comes to his partying ways is former NBA legend Norm Nixon. Seems Norm was arrested last night on the suspicion of driving under the influence. Apparently Norm was pulled over by the California Highway Patrol. It was just before midnight, proving the older generation heads out of the party earlier. Anyway, Norm had no front license plate on his shiny black Ferrari, which drew attention. Once pulled over, the officers smelled alcohol on Norm so they decided to give him a series of field sobriety tests. Seems Norm performed “poorly” on these tests despite his former prowess under pressure in the NBA.

Norm was known for his time with the L.A. Lakers during the 1970s and 80s. Last night he was booked for DUI and posted $5,000. Wanna know Norm’s other claim to Fame? He’s married to “Fame” superstar Debbie Allen. Wonder if she’ll help him dance his way out of this one…

Everyone grieved over the death of Anna Nicole Smith and wondered how attorney Howard K. Stern and her docs got away with it. Apparently they aren’t. Stern, 40 years old, was arrested in Los Angeles and booked. Authorities filed criminal charges more than two years after the death of Anna Nicole from a lethal mix of prescription drugs. The two doctors were also charged on Thursday.

Stern had once claimed he was Smith’s daughter Dannielynn’s daddy but that proved to be untrue. Now Stern is charged with conspiring to furnish drugs to Anna Nicole before her death. Bail for Stern’s release was set for $20,000 and the attorney is currently out on bail.

The prescribing docs are also facing felonies. Sandeep Kapoor, 40, and Khristine Eroshevich, 61, alleged prescribed the meds to Smith unlawfully. A warrant was issued for the arrest of Eroshevich and Kapoor was arrests in Whittier, California. Conspiracy counts allege these three stooges conspired to provide controlled substances to Anna Nicole from June, 2004 to January, 2007. Charles include “prescribing, administering or dispensing a controlled substance to an addict,” with other stuff.

Sexy Smith, a former Playboy model, died at the young age of 39 in February, 2007 from an accident overdose of various prescription drugs. Anna Nicole died just months after her devoted son Danial died for the same reason - a lethal cocktail of prescription drugs. Bloggers don’t think anyone is surprised to see weasel Stern facing charges - or the docs that were apparently in bed with him.
