She said a high Buddy Segal, Salomon’s roommate, pulled her from a bed by her hair and hit and threw her while Rick looked on. Harutunian said Segal dragged her to a shower, threw her in while “Salomon watched and conspired with Segal to hurt and injure.” She wants damages in an unspecified amount. Seems Paris Hilton and Pam Anderson were wise to get rid of Rick.

Just a little history about the Salomon house…it was owned awhile back by a friend of OJ Simpson. Simpson struck Nicole on the premises and a guest saw it. The guest was the only eyewitness who ever testified he was OJ hurt Nicole.
