We know guys like Bobby Brown are bad boys because they tell us. On the other hand, the Tiger Woods scandal involves this clean-cut looking golfer who always maintained a squeaky clean rep. Was he just duping the public all along?

Tiger Woods’ quiet life was disturbed forever after his early morning car crash on November 27 outside his Florida home. After Tiger was unable to give a logical explanation for the early hours crash, several women decided to claim they were having an affair with the married pro golfer. Are these babes just looking for a few minutes of fame or is Tiger a stud after all? One of the woman says she carried on with Woods for 31 months.

Tiger responded to all the media hype on Wednesday with the following statement:

“I have let my family down and I regret those transgressions with all of my heart. … Although I am a well-known person and have made my career as a professional athlete, I have been dismayed to realize the full extent of what tabloid scrutiny really means. For the last week my family and I have been hounded to expose intimate details of our personal lives. … Personal sins should not require press releases and problems within a family shouldn’t have to mean public confessions.”

Bloggers wonder if Tiger realized being in the public eye meant…well, having no privacy. Hey, you don’t get paid the big bucks for nothing!

To add insult to injury, Tony Romo not only broke up with Jessica Simpson the day before her 29th birthday - he banned her from his home. Seems Tony told security to keep Simpson away. A sign was posted by the security station stating, “RED ALERT!!! TONY ROMO HAS MADE SOME CHANGES TO HIS LIST OF PEOPLE ALLOWED IN….JESSICA IS NO LONGER ON THE LIST AND NOT APPROVED FOR ACCESS.”

Tony didn’t have to worry. As soon as Jess was dumped, she made arrangements costing about $19,000 to have her stuff overnighted from Dallas to L.A. Guess Tony’s ego was bigger than Jessica’s desire to ever see him in person again…

Jess was actually chilled out after the breakup. Simpson said on Twitter, “Everyone needs to know that hope floats…grab the strings and pull it back to you… Falling asleep with my mom and the dogs. Please, Lord, give all of my beautiful fans, friends, enemies, and family rest. Bring all of us peace.” Apparently, Jess will have a lot more peace and hope now that Tony is gone…

Imagine having your ex tie the knot at your house? Hugh Hefner let his former Girl Next Door, Kendra Wilkinson, marry her beau Hank Bassett (Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver) at the renowed Playboy mansion.

There were more than 300 guests at the manse including Girls Next Door in the wedding party Bridget Marquardt and Holly Madison. Kendra sported more than $100,000 in jewels. Holly Madison talked about her former roomie and co-star to People saying, “She looked like a princess!” Another eyewitness commented, “She was beaming.”

Hugh is always the man and told E! what he felt about his ex tying the knot at his pad. “I could not be more delighted. This is one of the happiest days in one of the happiest places on earth. Holly raved about having the nuptials at the Playboy mansion, stating, “It was a beautiful setting for a wedding. It was a princess dress, which was fitted. It was really pretty and she looked gorgeous.”

Of course now the bride has her own show television show, “Kendra” and is already expected the couple’s first baby on…believe it or not, Christmas Day. Sounds like a marriage made in Playboy heaven!

Hollywood marriages are notoriously short-lived with plenty of arguing before, during and after. The divorce between Hulk Hogan and Linda is no exception. Recently Linda accused the Hulk of toking up - with their daughter Brooke. Has Hulk been smoking joints with his own kid? According to a rep for the Hulk, the statements were “fabricated” by Linda who is willing to “throw her family under a bus to gain publicity.” Someone has to spy to see if Hulk and Brooke get uncontrollable munchies…

Meanwhile, it seems that Jon and Kate of ‘Plus Eight’ fame won’t be raising all those kids together. They may be heading for a divorce battle worth a lofty 10 million bucks, according to the National Enquirer. Word on the street says the duo will be legally separated by July 15 with each hiring their own big wig attorney. According to rumor, Jon and Kate are already fighting like “cats and dogs” about who will get the reality show family fortune. There’s nothing like the American dream…Hollywood style…

Seems Kobe Bryant and his wife Vanessa are facing some pretty crappy accusations. Apparently their former housekeeper Maria Jimenez is suing them, claiming Vanessa was very abusive. The alleged incident that led to the housekeeper finally leaving happened when Vanessa purportedly asked the housekeeper to put her hand in a bag of dog crap to get a tag from the blouse. The tag was used to deduct the cost of the blouse from the Jimenez’s pay.

Jimenez stated Vanessa said she was, “lazy, slow, dumb, a f–ing liar and f–ing sh-t.” Wow, those do sound like fighting words to us! In the lawsuit filed in Orange County Superior Court, the housekeeper says Mrs. Bryant accused her of stealing her retainer - yes, that yucky thing that goes in your mouth.

Jimenez goes on to stated Vanessa allegedly, “badgered, harassed and humiliated Maria by yelling and screaming at Maria and criticizing her in front of Kobe, the Bryants’ children, employees and other people in the household.” It all came to a halt - well almost - when Jimenez put Vanessa’s pricey blouse in the washer and the offending dog doo situation arose. However, Maria wasn’t allowed to quit because purportedly Vanessa told her, “to work until payday to pay for the $690 blouse.” The housekeeper worked then sued for invasion of privacy, wrongful discharge, unpaid wages and emotional distress. The whole situation stinks as far as we’re concerned…

Who says we should watch our elders to learn good behavior? Most of the older folks in Hollywood are getting in as much - or more -trouble than the younger ones. This also holds true for sports legends, who also continue to get themselves in hot water even after their prime time in the limelight has passed.

The latest sports star to face the music when it comes to his partying ways is former NBA legend Norm Nixon. Seems Norm was arrested last night on the suspicion of driving under the influence. Apparently Norm was pulled over by the California Highway Patrol. It was just before midnight, proving the older generation heads out of the party earlier. Anyway, Norm had no front license plate on his shiny black Ferrari, which drew attention. Once pulled over, the officers smelled alcohol on Norm so they decided to give him a series of field sobriety tests. Seems Norm performed “poorly” on these tests despite his former prowess under pressure in the NBA.

Norm was known for his time with the L.A. Lakers during the 1970s and 80s. Last night he was booked for DUI and posted $5,000. Wanna know Norm’s other claim to Fame? He’s married to “Fame” superstar Debbie Allen. Wonder if she’ll help him dance his way out of this one…

We’ve seen Lindsay Lohan snorting drugs in a can and Amy Winehouse in all kinds of compromising positions. While the media soaked up their drug days, they really had a field day recently with swimmer Michael Phelps. Alleged photos of Phelps smoking a bong were smeared all over the Internet and he had to leave his swimming gig for four months as a punishment and lost endorsements along the way.

There is finally light at the end of the tunnel for Phelps. The investigation is over and Richland County Sheriff, Leon Lott, stated he would not charge Phelps over the the pic of him sucking on a bong. Apparently the pic was taken at a November party at the University of South Carolina. Lot still felt the investigation was necessary, saying, “Michael Phelps is truly an American hero … but even with his star status, he is still obligated to obey the laws of our state.”

Phelps is off the hook but eight other party people got arrested over the pic. Seven were arrested for possession and the eighth got it for dealing. Phelps posted on his Facebook page: “I’m glad this matter is put to rest. But there are also some important lessons that I’ve learned. For me, it’s all about recognizing that I used bad judgment and it’s a mistake I won’t make again. For young people especially — be careful about the decisions you make. One bad decision can really hurt you and the people you care about. I really appreciate the support my family and fans have shown me and now I will move forward and dive back into the pool, having put this whole thing behind me.”

Every year, people across the country wait for the SuperBowl to have parties, gather friends and family and stare at the big screen TV. This year Tucson, Arizona SuperBowl fans got much more than they expected while they watched the SuperBowl - a hot 30 second segment of porn! Grandma, cover the kids’ eyes!

That’s right, complete with frontal male nudity and an illicit sex act at the end of the SuperBowl. The game was interrupted three minutes before the end when a clip from a adult television channel played. Apparently this illicit break-in only occurred on the standard definition feed so you needed an analog TV to catch the skin.

Comcast released a statement about the indecent exposure, stating, “We are mortified by last evening’s Super Bowl interruption and we apologize to our customers. Our initial investigation suggests this was an isolated malicious act. We are conducting a thorough investigation to determine who was behind this.”

Meanwhile, our favorite Girls Gone Wild guy Joe Francis didn’t show at court for his tax evasion hearing. Word on the street says he was sick with a note from his doc and is on the way to court…

In 2007, we watched beautiful pop tarts turn into trainwrecks. During 2008, Nicole Richie turned from a party girl into a dutiful mom and Britney Spears finally got herself back together. It seems 2008 is the year dedicated to watching sports stars fall from grace right until yesterday when we read about Sean Avery and his questionable comments about ex Elisha Cuthbert.

With the bad boys of sports in mind, we can’t resist talking about Michael Vick. We know his actions (remember all those dogs?) got him a prison sentence but we didn’t know he wound up buying a Mercedes to take him there! That’s right, Vick went to a Mercedes dealer on his way to the big house and put $99,589.71 on his debt card to pay for it in full. Wonder how he will drive it in prison? You know it’ll be worth a lot less when he gets out. Anyway, seems Vick spent over $200,000 on his last day of freedom.

When Vick was in the money, he bought his mom a house and cars, put his siter on payroll and started the Michael Vick foundation for charity.

When he was living large, Vick had four houses, a condo, 11 cards and a half mil in jewelry. Now after filing bankruptcy, Vick has his mom’s house, $5,000 and a retirement account totaling under a hundred bucks. Seems Vick will really be returning to the real world when he gets out of jail…

We know how athletes and Hollywood stars go hand in hand - literally. Romances between sports heroes and honeys are as natural as peanut butter and jelly. Well, sorta. There’s Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo (and all the related rumors). Then there’s Madonna and A-Rod - though they say he’s just a friend. Now trouble in romantic paradise has cost Sean Avery to be suspended for six games.

That’s right, NHL commish Gary Bettman decided on Friday that Avery’s crude comments about his ex-girlfriends (including beautiful Elisha Cuthbert) going out with other hockey players were over the top. Sean won’t be coming back until December 16 - if the teammates and management let him.

Bettman said, “We needed to be clear that this was the type of conduct that we did not view was acceptable and not representative of what our players do.”

Dallas Stars’ general manager, Brett Hull, claims about Avery, “He looked me in the eye and said, ‘I need help.’ It was brought up by him. It’s a process. You don’t go to a retreat for a weekend and it’s fixed. There will be apologies made, probably more privately.” Apparently Avery will be spending some time in anger management classes…

According to Bettman, the 28-year-old player has, “expressed remorse for his recent comments.” Somehow we doubt he’ll be talking about his love life any time soon…
