It seems like all the horny old men have gone wild lately. Most recently, Dr. Phil was sued by a woman named Shirley Dieu who claims she sought therapy from Phil in 2007. Instead she was allegedly held captive in Dr. Phil’s production offices, forced to stare a man with no clothes and then the doc grabbed her left breast. Dieu claims Dr. Phil tried to “brainwash” her, subject her to physical and emotional abuse and forced her to be in the same room “with a completely naked live man while he exposed his entire naked body, genitals and all.” When Dieu allegedly tried to escape she claims she was “blocked by the staff to prevent her from leaving.” We assume she is suing for an insane amount but it’s undisclosed at this point.

Meanwhile, David Letterman publicly admitted he had sex with his staff members than had to face the heat from his wife. Staff members who brought the scandal to light are already being banned from The Late Show set.

Now Peter Cook, ex-hubby to Christie Brinkley, claims Brinkley is keeping him away from his kids and wants her imprisoned - or at least to take anger management classes. What is making all these old guys go wild?!?!

Based on an incident in Hollywood on February 8, singer Chris Brown was sentenced this week to serve five years probation and spend over 1,400 hour of community service for assaulting his girlfriend, pop star Rihanna.

During the hearing, it came to light that the duo were involved in at least two other domestic violence incidents prior to the February assault. According to the probation report, “”The first incident occurred in Europe about three months before the present offense. The victim [Rihanna] and the defendant [Brown] were involved in a verbal dispute and the victim slapped the defendant. He responded by shoving her into a wall.”

The report also discussed another incident in January when the couple visited Rihanna’s home country Barbados. “The defendant [Brown] and the victim [Rihanna] were visiting Barbados and were driving a Range Rover loaned to them by a local dealership. They had an argument inside the car. The defendant exited and broke the front driver and passenger side windows of the car.”

Seems Brown won’t get off as easy as it sounds. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg apparently was not charmed by Brown and wants to see him do “actual physical labor, as opposed to some type of community service.” Maybe she wants to put all that energy to better use?

There is a restraining order in place that requires Brown to stay at least 50 yards away from Rihanna or 10 yards if they are both at an industry event. The order is in place until 2014. Brown also has to complete domestic violence counseling. Rihanna did not attend Brown’s sentencing on Tuesday.

The probation report indicated, “Officers at the scene observed numerous contusions and abrasions to the victim’s face and forehead, as well as bruising to her left arm near the bicep. They also saw abrasions to her arms near both wrists and on her upper chest near her collarbone and around her neck. There were abrasions on her left leg and on the inside of her upper lips.” The report also said Rihanna told the police, “He beat me up.”

Wonder if he’ll have energy to fight after all the physical labor for community service…

For the past several days, all the media and celebrity reports have been about Michael Jackson. Who will get custody of the three children? Who will run Michael’s vast estate, which includes some serious bills? As his mama and papa try to take over, it seems the lawyers and his ex-wife are in the lead.

As everyone considers the latest happenings in the Michael Jackson saga, one sexy celebrity slunk out with another (not that such an event is surprising - it’s just the time made it less publicized). Seems sexy Megan Fox was seen stepping out with none other than High School Musical Star, Zac Efron.

Who would have thought Zac would land the Fox? It’s the real deal, the duo went out on an intimate date for a romantic dinner. According to OK!, Zac and Megan were sitting almost on top of each other and got “very friendly” during their date. It seems the rumors about Zac and Vanessa Hudgens breaking up might be true…or maybe Zac and Megan thought nobody would notice with all the Michael Jackson news…either way, we can’t wait to see Vanessa’s reaction!

While everyone was mourning the loss of the King of Pop, Michael Jackson, Victoria and David Beckham were celebrating. In all fairness, the duo was celebrating their 10th anniversary, a major feat for celebrity marriages. The Beckhams hung out in the Seychelles Islands and a slender Victoria was seen wearing a bikini bottom that matched her hubby’s. Aren’t they always making a fashion statement?

Meanwhile, Michael Jackson’s former wife Debbie Rowe has announced through an attorney that she won’t be attending the memorial ceremony tomorrow for her deceased ex-husband. Apparently she doesn’t want to be a distraction at the ceremony but word on the street says it could be because she’s pursuing custody of their two children. Rowe also says she’ll take on custody of the third child (she is not the surrogate mom for this one). Rumor says Michael wanted Mama Jackson to parent his children in the event of his demise…

Everyone was shocked to see the King of Pop, Michael Jackson, was dead. TMZ was overloaded and the web slowed to a halt as people around the world scrambled to find out 50 year old Jackson died from what is believed to be cardiac arrest. But is that the whole truth?

Jackson had a house physician, Dr. Conrad Robert Murray, who was present. Jackson received a daily dose of Demerol at noon which might the the real cause of his death. The cops towed a BMW beleive to belong to Murray from Jackson’s rental home because “it may contain medications or other evidence that may assist the coroner in determining the cause of death,” according to police spokeswoman Karen Rayner.

It seems Jackson stopped breathing just a short time after taking a shot of Demerol. A source told The Sun, “Shortly after taking the Demerol he started to experience slow shallow breathing. His breathing gradually got slower and slower until it stopped. His staff started mouth-to-mouth and an ambulance was called which got there in eight minutes. But paramedics found he was in full respiratory arrest, no breathing and no pulse. They started full CPR and rushed him to hospital.”

The Jackson family spokesman, Brian Oxman, stated on Thursday evening to CNN, “I can only tell you that this is something that was not unexpected. The people who have surrounded him have been enabling him. If you think the case of Anna Nicole Smith was an abuse, it’s nothing in comparison to what we have seen taking place in Michael Jackson’s life.”

Liza Minelli, a friend of Jackson, stated on Friday to CBS, “When the autopsy comes, all hell’s going to break loose, so thank God we’re celebrating him now.”

Alright, celebrity bloggers are starting to perspire. Let’s face it, everyone is getting sensitive these days. If we weren’t talking about the celebrities, who would care? Anyhow, celebrity blogger Perez Hilton recently accused the Black Eyed Peas manager of hitting him outside a nightclub in Toronto. The civil suit was filed by Mario Lavandeira, the real name of celebrity blogger Perez Hilton who seemingly took on a name close to that of Paris Hilton?

Seems Perez is looking for unspecified damages in excess of $25,000 for battery and emotional distress. He also wants to protect his right to free speech. Perez claims manager Polo Molina attacked him for making critical comments about the new album released by the Black Eyed Peas. The publicist for the Peas hasn’t said much and Molina is scheduled to be back in court on August 5.

Bryan Freedman, attorney for Perez, stated, “Perez Hilton was assaulted by the band’s road manager because he would not agree to stop writing about the Black Eyed Peas on his Web site Perezhilton.com. Whether you love Perez or hate him, he is entitled to his freedom of speech without fear of physical violence. This lawsuit will make the statement that violence is never the answer.”

The latest buzz is about Chastity Bono, the daughter of famed Cher and Sonny Bono. This darling little blonde girl used to appear on the “Sonny and Cher Show” on television looking like an angel. When Chastity grew up, she revealed she was a lesbian to the surprise of viewers around the globe. Now Chastity has decided to make the formal switch to become a man named “Chaz”.

So what does mama Cher have to say about it all? Cher states about her new son Chaz, “Chaz is embarking on a difficult journey, but one that I will support. I respect the courage it takes to go through this transition in the glare of public scrutiny, and although I may not understand, I will strive to be understanding … The one thing that will never change is my abiding love for my child.”

Speaking about a mother’s love for her child, Kate Gosselin of “Jon and Kate Plus Eight” was on her own with the brood while daddy was off…somewhere? During her time in charge, the paps caught Kate spanking one of the kids. Kate retorted about the matter, “Whether the paparazzi are there or not, I am a mother first … I love my children and when they misbehave, I discipline them as I deem appropriate for the situation.”

David Carradine, famous for his role as Bill in the Quentin Tarantino “Kill Bill” movies, was found hanged to death in his hotel room in Bangkok. Carradine was also well-known for his 70s television series, “Kung Fu”. The 72 year old actor was set to shoot a new movie “Stretch”. He was found in the closet by a hotel maid. It is believed Carradine died of natural causes and suicide is suspected but not confirmed.

According to Thai police, Carradine was found by a maid, “with a rope around his neck and body.” There were no obvious signs of foul play and Carradine was dead for 12 hours before he was found. Carradine’s manager was shocked and stated David was “full of life, always wanting to work,” “a great person”.

Carradine spoke about his work on the “Kill Bill” movies to Associated, saying, “There isn’t anything that Anthony Hopkins or Clint Eastwood or Sean Connery or any of those old guys are doing that I couldn’t do. All that was ever required was somebody with Quentin’s courage to take and put me in the spotlight.” We are sorry to see you go.

Hollywood marriages are notoriously short-lived with plenty of arguing before, during and after. The divorce between Hulk Hogan and Linda is no exception. Recently Linda accused the Hulk of toking up - with their daughter Brooke. Has Hulk been smoking joints with his own kid? According to a rep for the Hulk, the statements were “fabricated” by Linda who is willing to “throw her family under a bus to gain publicity.” Someone has to spy to see if Hulk and Brooke get uncontrollable munchies…

Meanwhile, it seems that Jon and Kate of ‘Plus Eight’ fame won’t be raising all those kids together. They may be heading for a divorce battle worth a lofty 10 million bucks, according to the National Enquirer. Word on the street says the duo will be legally separated by July 15 with each hiring their own big wig attorney. According to rumor, Jon and Kate are already fighting like “cats and dogs” about who will get the reality show family fortune. There’s nothing like the American dream…Hollywood style…

The biggest competition to the Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s brood besides Octomom is Jon and Kate Plus Eight. This couple took their big family to reality television so we could all watch Kate endlessly berate Jon. Word on the street says Jon was out looking for a little relief from the nagging.

Apparently Jon spent some late night hours with Deanna Hummel, a 23-year old school teacher and the photogs caught them. The duo denies any romantic involvement, stating they are just friends. However, Jason Hummel, Deanna’s brother and roommate, feel differently. He told Us Weekly, “She’s a nice girl, not a homewrecker. He is a bad liar. This isn’t healthy for her. But she is refusing to help herself, so here I am trying to help her myself. I hope this clears the air.”

It didn’t because Deanna says her brother is umemployed, on probation and looking to get back at her for buying the house they are living in because he knows he’ll be “kicked out”.

Kate and Jon also deny the allegations of an affair. In fact, Jon told Entertainment Weekly, “I may be guilty of choosing the wrong time and place to hang out with my friends, but I am not guilty of cheating on my wife.” Hmm…is it just a friendship or did Jon finally get tired of Kate’s relentless criticism?
